Deaf/deaf Communication Support

We offer a variety of Deaf/deaf services to support deaf or hard of hearing clients, including booking appointments over the phone and reading forms, bills and other important documents. We believe that everyone should have equal access to communication, and are dedicated to helping our clients overcome any barriers they may encounter. With our support, our clients can participate in everyday activities with confidence and ease.

Deaf/deaf Community Access

We provide Deaf/deaf clients with the opportunity to participate in the community and to enjoy all the activities that society has to offer. We provide transport to and from hobbies, to the beach, social events like weddings, engagements, picnics, as well as school visits for camps and excursions. Or maybe even just getting a cup of coffee from a local cafe. We are proud to be able to offer this service to the deaf community and are committed to providing the best possible level of access.

Our Aim

Our aim is to ensure that our clients always feel empowered and confident, well informed and in control of every situation. We want our clients to enjoy the whole experience of life without feeling stressed and discriminated against. Audism is a negative stigma toward anyone who does not hear and happens more than most people think. It is our goal to minimise Audism in the community.
